The 420 X5 Spider from 4Twenty is a powerful LED grow light with an impressive efficiency of 2.6 μmol/J. Thanks to the high-efficacy 3000K and 6500K Samsung LM281B+ LEDs, combined with 660nm and 730nm LEDs from OSRAM, this light offers a full spectrum with a wide radiation and powerful light penetration to the lower buds.
Optimal light distribution
The 420 X5 Spider distributes the light optimally, effectively illuminating plants at short distances. With a power of 820 Watts, this lamp can be placed right above the crop; the minimum distance is only 15 cm. At this distance, the light is evenly distributed over an area of approximately 150 x 150 cm, resulting in an extremely powerful light intensity and a high yield per Watt.
Efficient heat dissipation
Another great advantage of the 420 X5 Spider is the limited heat output. The heat is evenly distributed over the entire surface, which prevents overheating and promotes plant health.
Passive cooling
The LEDs are passively cooled by the aluminum frame, making active cooling with fans unnecessary. Fans attract dust, which means an LED light needs regular maintenance. The absence of fans also makes the 420 X5 Spider completely silent.
Daisy chain dimmable
The 420 X5 Spider comes standard with a dimmer button that allows for infinitely variable adjustment of the light intensity. Multiple 420 X5 Spiders can be daisy-chained using the supplied 'daisy chain' interconnect cable, allowing all lights to be controlled using a single dimmer button.
LED Controller [optional]
With a HortiLight RJ Controller, light schedules can be pre-programmed and up to 100 420 X5 Spider lamps can be controlled. Using a Gateway, the 420 X5 Spiders can also be controlled via an app on, for example, a mobile phone or laptop.
