Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Kweekverlichting.nl and to every distance contract concluded between Kweekverlichting.nl and the customer.
  2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the customer.

Article 3 – The offer

  1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
  2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 4 – The agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment that the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
  2. After accepting the offer, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

  1. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer received the product.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the model withdrawal form available on the website.

Article 6 – Costs in case of revocation

  1. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipment will be borne by the customer.
  2. If the returned product is damaged, Kweekverlichting.nl reserves the right to charge for depreciation.

Article 7 – Delivery

  1. Kweekverlichting.nl strives to deliver the order as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days after the order, unless otherwise agreed.
  2. If delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

Article 8 – Payment

  1. The customer must make the payment using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
  2. In case of deferred payment, Kweekverlichting.nl reserves the right to carry out a credit check.

Article 9 – Warranty and complaints

  1. Kweekverlichting.nl guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
  2. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Kweekverlichting.nl within a reasonable period after discovery, fully and clearly described.

Article 10 – Privacy

  1. Kweekverlichting.nl processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Article 11 – Disputes

  1. Agreements between Kweekverlichting.nl and the customer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
  2. Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the district where Kweekverlichting.nl is established.
