    • Includes all accessories and manuals.
    • The product must not be used or damaged.

2. Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that are custom made or personalized.
  • Products sealed for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Digital products or downloads.

3. How to request a return

  • The costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer, unless:

5. Refund
