What are grow lights?
Grow lights are often used in a grow box. The light from grow lights is very similar to that of the sun, which makes plants grow faster and bigger. This means you are no longer dependent on the Dutch climate, allowing you to continue growing indoors all year round.

A higher number of watts is not always better for your plants! The wattage you need depends on the surface you want to light and what kind of plants you grow.
400 watts = approximately enough for 1 m2
600/1000 watts = approximately enough for 1 to 2 m2

LED grow lights have more advantages than HPS lights. The light is better for plants, making them grow faster and bigger. Most lights emit white light, but you can also get them in blue or red. In addition, the strength of the grow light is usually adjustable, so you can use the light for both the growth and flowering of plants!
There is also an LED version of the growth lamp, which is even more economical and lasts many more years than other lamps.
